Costume itens in Merge.

So, guys.

 

I was from the "Blue" server, and I ended up selecting the wrong option when starting the servers merge, I think this problem is a little cliché, I imagine a lot of people ended up giving a wrong merge in the middle of all this confusion. I do not care if I have to do the whole story again, but when I merge the wrong way, the appearance items that my main character was equipping, are gone. I had the mask of the Totodile and the wings of the Christmas event.

 

Can you get it back? Or was it, I lost the items?

Hi there. Your clothes on the server you didn't choose (in this case, Blue, your main server), have been deleted and therefore cannot be recovered. As quoted from the Merge FAQ:

A: Pretty much everything will be merged except the clothes you wear. The clothes you wear on the server you didn't choose as main server will be deleted. To prevent this you should take them off before you merge your account!

 

I can request for you to be unmerged, however I can't promise this will be fulfilled as our developers. Do you still want to be unmerged?
