Hi there. You'll have to find a wild Mankey on Route 9, which have a 5% chance to hold the 'Unknown Hat' (Ash hat). To make things easier for you, you can try to use pokemon with the ability Frisk to tell you if the pokemon is holding the item. You can also use moves like Covet and Thief to steal the item off the pokemon. Don't forget your pokemon's item slot has to be empty for this. Please remember your hunt can go for a while without finding the hat. Due to this, I suggest you be patient. Also, feel free to check out the Ash Hat Guide if necessary.

hi, I just wanna ask.. after receiving the unknown hat, is there a chance that the hat is not ash hat? caus i receive the unknown hat but when i remove from my poke that stole it.. i didnt receive any hat
