Hello everyone

 

I play this game since 1 weeks.

After Download this Game I logged in and after playing 1 hour the Game crashed.

Second Day I logged in and after playing 30 Minutes the Game crashed.

3rd Day I logged in and after playing 30 Minutes the Game crashed and after relog the Game crashed 10 Minutes later.

Dont have any Bugsplat. Only need to reconnect to play this Game until it will crashedm again after a few Minutes.

 

Anyone with same Problem or some tips ?

For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses.

 

As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players.

 

Next, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your issues, you may try the following:

* Call your internet provider.

* Troubleshoot Your Hardware.

* Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection

* Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps.

* Try a New DNS Server

At first, thx for your Answer.

 

If the Server is Shutting down for fix some Bugs they will me Message ingame so I know if the Server is shutting down. That happens 1 time so thats not the Reason for my crashes.

My Internet is fine, too. I can surf all time long and have no restrictions.

I have no Probs if the server crashes IF that will happens one time per Week. Its nice to see your effort to stabilize the Server but its not Fun if the crashes happens several times per day :). Yesterday after posting this Thread I logged in and played for 3 Hours without some issues. If this will go on its all fine. I hope it will end now :D

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. We're trying our best to improve stability. I hope you understand that the game is simply still in BETA and there are still several errors that have to be fixed.
