Hello, me and my 2 friends have a problem since we merged our account. We have some pokemons in our team from kanto (we just started johto) that we can't drag to our PC and can't move in our team (troublesome if we want to xp) and I heard that we need assistance from a staff member to resolve our problem. I saw that this bug is common since you merge your account. We are all from the silver server.

 

We need to move to our PC :

 

Luinyl (player character name) : Corsola lvl 12 - Oddish lvl 9 - Teddiursa lvl 24

 

Duuduule (Player character name) : Hoothoot lvl 5 - Budew lvl 4

 

Reytos (Player character name) : Sentret lvl 4 - Ponyta lvl 6 - Hoothoot lvl 2 - Rattata (shiny) lvl 4
