I just returned to PRO and merged my account (though I have only created a character in Red Server). Then I logged in and appeared at the right place where I logged out last time and found that all pokemons and items are gone. I can't even check my dex. System says I dont have a dex. Now I can't even catch new pokemon to continue since I have no pokemon at all so I can't battle. Last time when I played, I had one badge and few pokemon.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since your account was wiped, we are unable to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset.
