Hi there. The EV Zone requires you to select the EV training Area option for 10k when speaking to the guards. The cost can be lowered to 2k after buying a 24h entry. Basically, you had the 24h entry active, which is why the cost was lowered to 2k then. Now, as the 24h are over, it costs 10k again. If you want it back to 2k, you'll have to invest in the 24h entry again.
