Dear Sir or Madam, my username is DeathxCrow, i am writing you about the bug that happened to my pokeballs, today I had just bought 100 pokeballs, completing about 273 pokeballs, and went hunting Deino, Bagon and Machop No Guard in Vulcan events, and during the battle all pokeballs disappeared, including my two masterballs, making it impossible for me to capture the found pokemon, I tried to relog, but the problem persisted.

Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Pinkan Island Quest. Your pokeballs have been taken from you at the start of the Pinkan Island Quest to upon entering the forest. This is to prevent its visitors from capturing pink Pokemon. Towards the end of the quest, talk to the Pinkan Forest Ranger again. If you donate both a level-90-plus Scyther and Electabuzz with maximal happiness, you will be allowed entry in the forest with your Pokeballs, allowing you to hunt for pink Pokemon there. Hi there. There's currently 272 Pokeballs and 2 Masterballs being held due to the Pinkan Quest. Finish the quest to get them back. Pokeballs you obtain after the Ranger has taken your pokeballs will not be taken.
