I did a mistake :

 

I evolve my Pikachu for a Raichu when he was level 10. I didn't know that he can't learn spell.. Now he is lvl 25 and I'm new.

 

Could you please swap my Raichu into pika ? (his number : 14715542)

why dont u try catch new pikachu in viridian forest??

use to catch em there, not that hard for me

Hi there. Unfortunately, we can't de-evolve your pokemon. There isn't really a way for us to do that, and we don't really give out pokemon. Nevertheless, you can catch a Pikachu in Viridian Forest, for starters. Please take note that it is Tier 5 here, so it may take a while before you find one.
