I can not find any proof that you had that amount of Rare Candies in your possesion, and as such i can not give them back to you. Please keep in mind that Rare Candies can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as digspots, Excavation Sites, boss rewards, Pokestops and more. You will have more Rare Candies in no time!
