I've 7 badges, a wailord with dive and 255 of hapiness and i can't dive. i reloged and i still can't ^^'. Does someone has the beginning of an idea to explain this please?

Hi there. Please take note that you can only dive in areas that are dark blue and glimmer with green. When you interact with areas like these, it'll also give you a prompt to pick your Dive pokemon. Below is an example of a 'Dive' area. Hopefully this has clarified things for you. If you need further help with completing the Hoenn story, feel free to check out our Hoenn Walkthrough.

sure i knew it but i couldn't. but what i didn't know was that i needed HM Dive. It appears like a bug if you want to dive but you haven't the HM Dive because you "aren't allowed to dive at this time"

Hi there. That isn't a bug. You can only Dive once you have Dive so you cannot skip parts of the story by buying a pokemon with Dive. You need to be able to go through the story and reach the point wherein you'll be needing Dive. Please be sure to acquire this at Mossdeep City Space Center 1F before attempting to Dive.
