I have defeated the third gym i also have TMFLASH but cannot go to route 12 i really nedd your help THANKS

I REALLY NEED HELP

Hi there. After the 3rd gym, you'll need to go back and teach your pokemon Flash. However, you shouldn't proceed to Route 11 to continue the story. You'll have to go back to Cerulean City then go East through Rock tunnel. Once in Lavender Town, Go west all and take the underground paths all the way until Celadon to reach the 4th gym.
