Weather system and Buff info

I think it's time to make slower pokemon dominates the weather in pro, like all the official pokemon games. As a frequent sun user, I noticed this is a huge thing in pvp. The way it is now is helping sand and rain with momentum too much, and sun is already naturally in disadvantage. Please make pvp fair.

 

 

For buff info, would be cool if Every time a pokemon use a buff like calm mind, for example, it would show "+1 spdef, +1 spatk" on the side.
