I have a Volcarona lvl 100 (with rare candy) and it didn't ask me to learn Fiery Dance, also the move relearner won't show it as an option.

Hi there. We are currently working on updating pokemon's movesets to Generation 7. However, this is a tedious process and can take a very long while. Therefore unfortunately, I can't give an ETA as to when the move will be added to Volcarona's movepool as not all pokemon's movesets are up to Generation 7 yet. Nevertheless, you can check out your pokedex to see the moves that your Volcarona can learn.
