With regards to crashing, there is no way you could've gotten his pokemon and not the item on it. It's either all or nothing. Upon checking your trade logs, there also doesn't seem to be a log of you trading money for a pokemon without an item. If ever you have been scammed by a player (By being traded a pokemon without the item after a deal), please upload screenshots of your deal and report said player in the Report Center. Please do note that staff cannot act without valid proof. There also aren't logs of you being traded the CCs in the first place or you even paying for them. Therefore, unfortunately, I can't fulfill your request. I'm really sorry but I hope you understand.
