Funkel1989 Posted July 22, 2018 Share Posted July 22, 2018 I am trying to install the android mobile pro application on my galaxy s9+ it tried to install them it just says app not installed. I tried rebooting the phone and it doesn't help. I validated I have enough space on my phone and that unknown sources for app is on and allowed. Is anyone able to assist me? Could you please try to uninstall and delete all your PRO files on your phone? Afterwards, please install the new download found here. Also, have a look at this guide for a step-by-step tutorial.
