I level a larvitar from 50 ish to 100 and had put it immediately in my pc to continue leveling my ghaslty foretress and conkledurr, during that time its simply been deleted. I've checked your Party, PC and your trade logs and it doesn't seem that you ever had a Larvitar/Tyranitar. Do you happen to know the ID of said pokemon? The only pokemon I can find close to your description are two Larvitars.
