Hello! I merged my accounts a couple of days go for Pokemon Silver. I caught Hoothoot before the merger and now can't bank or change the order in which it is in. The rest of the Pokemons, no problem. Logging in and out and reinstalling PRO hasn't made any differences. Can someone help me with this?

Hi there. Please do note that each time you enter a new region, your pokemon from other regions are locked up until you complete the 8th gym. This was to ensure fairness and difficulty when completing each Region.

The thing is that I caught this one in Johto, or else I wouldn't be able to use and train it either way. My other Pokemon are indeed locked.

You can see where the pokemon was caught in the Pokemon Information Card of your Noctowl. Can you attach a screenshot of it as I can tell you that PRO doesn't lock pokemon that are caught in the region you're in.
