Rublixi Posted July 27, 2018 Share Posted July 27, 2018 Hello, so here's the thing, I used to play when there were still blue, red and yellow servers but then stopped playing for quite a while. Today, July 26 2018 I came back to the game after a long time and find out that now there's only two servers; silver and gold. I went in the gold one and found out all my progress was gone and the game started from the very beginning. Is there a solution to my problem? Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hey, thanks for the help, I successfully merged my accounts but the problem now comes when I try to log in the silver server, since when I try this, it tells me "Invalid Username or password" When I merged my accounts into the one I had on the blue server :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The solution is to simply change your password. You can do so on the dashboard here. Please ensure the new password is alphanumerical (letters and numbers only).
