I m trying to teach my smeargle baton pass through sketch.... but sketch fails to copy.

Hi there. Unfortunately I can't do anything to help you get Baton Pass for your Smeargle as of now. You'll simply have to be patient until we find a fix/temporary fix for this issue. Once again, I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

I encountered this problem myself but I found a solution.

 

You can teach smeargle baton pass by using Sleep Talk.

It's a 1/3 chance but you can get sketch back with the move relearner.

I think below is one of your case:

Smeargle uses false swipe.

Eevee holds lagging tail, uses rest -> sleep talk.

Once eevee's sleep talk picks the move baton pass, smeargle can use sketch and done!
