You'll simply have to be patient until we find a fix/temporary fix for this issue. Ayudem Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 I encountered this problem myself but I found a solution. You can teach smeargle baton pass by using Sleep Talk. Eevee holds lagging tail, uses rest -> sleep talk. Once eevee's sleep talk picks the move baton pass, smeargle can use sketch and done! And below is another solution.
