You can download the most recent version (Root Edition) at the following link: https://pokemonrevolution.net/download.php. Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, or Ubuntu 10.10+ are required on desktop. If you are on Android, you will need 4.4 or later. Before downloading, make sure you uninstall the previous version. If you've already downloaded the newest client and have uninstalled and deleted the old one yet still have this issue, try to clear the cache. You can use https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner to do so. If you use a shortcut to open the game then this will need to be updated as well.
