Can't log in ("Can not connect to server...) [SOLVED]

I keep getting the cannot connect to server message every time I try to log in. This has been going on for about a week now, no idea why its happening. I've read other posts and tried everything I can think off.

-Changed my password

-Uninstalled and Reinstalled PRO

-Checked Windows and Graphic drivers are up-to-date

-Checked my internet connection

 

What else is there to try. I seriously don't know what is causing this issue. Please help.

Have you tried seeing if your Firewall/Windows Defender/Antivirus are preventing you from connecting?

Also, could you please tell me if you are playing PRO from home or from somewhere else, for example a school?

I'm using PRO at home and windows defender is already disabled. However, after turning Norton's firewall on and off I was able to get back on. Hell Yeah. Thx for the help.
