Yesterday i came back to PRO, transfered from blue to silver,

atm im in hoenn, on 5th poke slot i have taillow who have "kanto" description, i didnt get all 8 badges, and cant remove this pokemon from party, i cant even move him to diffrent slot.

I dont know how it is possible that i have "kanto" poke in hoenn or if he just somehow changed his region during server transfer.
