My brother leveled me Yanma, but to leave it maximum level I can not evolve it to Yanmega.

This error happened because he did not know that yanma needed the move ancient power to be able to evolve.

I would like to know if you can reduce a lvl or something to be able to have my yanmega pls.

Hi Cirstoke,

 

You do not need to delevel your pokemon in order to evolve it. You can simply defeat a wild Pokemon while Ancient Power is in your Yanma's moveset. After you win the battle, you will receive the option to evolve it.
