I understand that disconnecting mid battle is really irritating and especially when you’re about to win. Unfortunately, crashes and rollbacks do occur. The game is in BETA which is explained under “Lost by crash issues” here. It is also stated that refunds are not given for these situations. Exceptions can not be made since it would be unfair to players who have disconnected during boss fights as well. When crashes occur, you can check the server status to see if it is not your connection. The status can be viewed here. Alternatively, you can use the Reborn bot with the command ^up which is the best source of information regarding this. You can also check the announcements in the PRO Discord server to see if anything was said pertaining to crashes or maintenance. There are a few things you can do to improve it: If you’re using a proxy or VPN, try to play the game without it. Restart your router Troubleshoot your internet connection and identify any failed pings.
