Hi Drexperia,

 

Are you on Android? This was a bug on one of the clients released in the past month. A new one is available now. You can download it from this page. Make sure you uninstall and completely delete the client you have before downloading and installing this one.

Hi Drexperia,

 

You should not have to download the Mega app. When you navigate through the link, it should show you an option for downloading it from your browser as well as the option to download the app.
