Hey ! Whenever I want to use dive I get this error message : "You are not allowed to use Dive at this time", and I just don't understand why I get this message,my pokemon has 245 of happiness and I learned it through the HM that Steven gave me !

Are you completely sure you are above a piece of water that you are able to dive? It should appear with a dark hue.

 

If thats not the case try relogging maybe that might solve your issue.

Yeah I'm using it above the dark water, I have relogged and everything and its still the same
