Aight that explains lol. I chose pikachu so I just have an invisible wall there. I still don't think that should be a thing though, either I see the npc and can't start the quest due to my starter choice or there shouldn't be anything blocking me there. Not that big of a deal if it's intended but I think it should be changed.
