I entered elite 4 room jhoto and my character is stuck at the entrance.

I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache, escape rope, logging out and back, restarting phone but still no avail. I am playing on android platform. Any help to get my character back will be appreciated. I don't want to lose my progress
