    Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Upon checking, it seems as if you do not have a win registered in our database as well. Do you happen to have proof of your win so we may look into this issue further? If not, then unfortunately we may not be able to help you resolve this as we are unable to gain proof of your win. Nevertheless, you can always rechallenge the boss in 12 days.

    I've beaten that boss many times before. Unfortunately I don't have screenshot of winning. Didn't knew it would get bugged.

    Since you don't have any proof of this, unfortunately I can't assist you further. I also cannot give you a win on Sapphir. Please take note that the game is in BETA and unexpected bugs like this can happen any time. Really sorry for this inconvenience and I hope you understand.
