Hi. I lost my first account because it was banned because the game kept freezing so i kept logging out. After a few days my account got banned. And now on my main account is still freezes. How can i fix this. I don't want my account to be banned again because of lag. :/

Hi there. First of all, can you please check with your internet provider to see if they are having technical issues. Next, can you try the following?

• Run the game in compatability mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Update your Windows Version

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Done. But it still lags at times. My isp is okay too. :(
