After having beaten the "Superboss" as one of his rewards allowed me to capture manaphi, I did not capture it instantly because I did not have sync at that moment, so I went to the Pokemon center and I captured it. Hi there. Upon checking your data, it seems as if you've never had a Phione. Did the server happen to crash or did you disconnect after you caught the Phione?
