Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot delete/reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to delete/reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference. Just to clarify, you cannot entirely make an account non-existent. Sorry for the inconvenience!

You can't delete locked threads. Some you can delete, depending on the sub-forum. Usually you'll see the option to delete it on your post, if you can. Other than that, you can't delete posts.
