Can't play due to game crashing [SOLVED]

Featured Replies

I have done quite a few tricks from clearing ram/adding game to firewall/running as admin etc...

I run x64 Windows 10

All my specs are well above the requirement.

I was playing the game just before the maintenance yesterday. I havent been able to play tell just now and I went to start the game back up about a hour ago where i was faced with the game crashing before ever making it to the login screen and for the last hour I have been doing a lot of preventatives like clearing ram/adding to firewall/running admin/updating drivers(all were up to date to begin with)

After opening up the game about 5secs into the loading screen - before the login screen - another dialogue pops up for less then a sec (cant read it but it doesnt have any words or crash report # on it-but it does have a big pokeball on it with a big ! in the corner of it) and the game just ends.

What is most frustrating is I just bought MS and I can't play unless I am on android. which let be straight here I work 10hr days and to come home and play a game on my phone is not what im looking forward too

(FIXED- after a long battle and countless curse words i was able to fix my problem with a odd way)

I decided to create a shortcut of the game. I did not force it into dx9 and it worked
