Skreet Posted August 8, 2018 Share Posted August 8, 2018 Hi, I started playing the game in red server 3 years ago but I have returned now, I dont have my charmander in party, so i went to first city to see Oak, but the charmander ball isnt there, and Oak doesnt let me go now xD Could you help me? I would like to keep my name in this server, I dont mind to start over. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer?
