I'm extremely sorry about this inconvenience. Please reset your password here. Make sure that it is alphanumerical and without any symbols. If you do not receive an email after resetting your password then you need to try resetting it using Firefox. This is often a solution for people who do not receive an email. Also, the issue could lie in a recent change regarding which email service providers are accepted. The thread about it is here.

You will need to make an appeal here. You are able to bump your thread once every 24 hours if a staff member has not responded to it yet.

 

I am going to close this thread since discussing a ban should only be done in your appeal.
