Hi there. Unfortunately our controller feature isn't perfect, but you can try to select the "Allow Controller" option in your game Options. If this doesn't work, then unfortunately we cannot do much about it as this is something only our Developers can handle. Therefore, I can't really give an ETA as to when it'll be fixed if it doesn't work for you.
