I just envolved a clefairy to clefable and didn't know that she doesn't learn the old moves. So i found a topic here that a mod say that she can relearn cosmic power in the daycare move tutor, but doesn't have it.

 

How this could be solved ? D:

Hey Eriol, cosmic power is a move that clefairy learns via level up. Therefore, you have to go to the pre-evo move tutor in the daycare. The pre-evo move tutor can be found behind the daycare couple in another room.
