So i found a topic here that a mod say that she can relearn cosmic power in the daycare move tutor, but doesn't have it. How this could be solved ? Hellobyexd Posted August 12, 2018 Share Posted August 12, 2018 Hey Eriol, cosmic power is a move that clefairy learns via level up. Therefore, you have to go to the pre-evo move tutor in the daycare.
