Please note that the Super Rod can be bought for 75k in Olivine in a house near the lighthouse. I checked your inventory and you do not have a Good Rod yet. You need this in order to buy the Super Rod. The Good Rod can be bought for 15k in Fuchsia city in the house right of the Pokecenter by the lake.
