Sir/Mam,

I started the new regis quest in trainers valley, i got three monkeys, got the key for regirock, and then i went to underground ruins as suggested by walkthrough.

Once i entered, i pushed pedestals for rock but i didnt get any message and golem guardian didnt summon too.

I would request you to please look into this matter and solve this bug.

Hi there. Please make sure you spoke to the Ruins Keeper before going to the underground Ruins. Afterwards, please try to step on the plates once again. Please let me know if you've done this and still do not get a message. If this is the case, please attach screenshots of you talking to the Ruins Keeper and screenshots of you on the plates.
