I am suddenly unable to login in to my PRO account i was ib dragons den and suddenly all other player disappeared and i try to get out of the den but due to some connection error i wasn't able to then i restart my game after checking my server they were fine but still isn't able to login plz do it i was abt to challenge E4

I'm really sorry about this situation. Have you tried to log into your account since this issue? Please completely close your client and relaunch it if you have not done this. It's possible that after a brief server crash earlier, you were experiencing a ghost queue. This often occurs when a large number of players are trying to log into the server at once. After choosing the option to login, the "Logging in" prompt will fade without you joining the game. This is normal for ghost queues. You will still be able to join after waiting longer than you normally would.

 

If you are still not able to login, change your password on the dashboard here. Make sure it is alphanumerical.
