My entire game screen gets darkened. Everytime I start PRO.

 

First time this happened was yesterday morning. I delete and redownload the game. Then play the new file. It's fine. Then I start it up again just 2 minutes ago. Again, darkened screen. Please fix.

Hi there. Can you please try the following? Also can you describe your issue further?

• Run the game in compatability mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Update your Windows Version

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

I have windows 10...This is a 1-year old gaming laptop. graphics and visuals should be more than good. It isnt blocked by my antivirus thing. What is running with compatiblility mode?

Hi there. In order to run a program in compatability mode, please check out and follow the directions here. If your laptop is a year old, there is a possibility that its graphical drivers are not up to date. If you're not using the latest Windows version, you may wanna update that too.

My graphical drives should be up to date. It's very new computer.
