Hi there. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, I can't recover your money as we can't do anything regarding purchases from NPCs in-game since there is no way we can verify your purchase from the NPC. However, this feature may be implemented in the future. Although despite this loss, you can attempt to make your money back through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want.
