But where I am on route 132 something strange happens: any wild Pokemon attacks me. Anyone. Why? I move to the left, move to the right but nobody attacks me. Do you know why? You'll need a Super Rod in order to catch it. A Super Rod can be bought for 75k in Olivine in a house near the lighthouse. Good Rod is required before purchase. Unfortunately, the Good Rod can only be bought for 15k in Fuchsia city in the house right of the Pokecenter by the lake. You can't get it in Hoenn, and it can't be mailed or traded so you'll have to get it once you finish Hoenn if you're region locked. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
