I can't relearn spore to my parasect.

Parasect learn spore in lv22 according to the pokedex, but the NPCs move relearned havent that move.

I'm sorry about this inconvenience. There is a bug involving the Move Relearner. This occurs if there are two moves that share some words. One example is Toxic Spikes and Spikes for Forretress. Spikes will not appear on the list. However, after teaching Forretress Toxic Spikes, Spikes will become an option. You can still teach your Parasect Spore, however, you will need to teach it Stun Spore first. Then, Spore should appear in the list.
