There is a bug involving the Move Relearner. This occurs if there are two moves that share some words. One example is Toxic Spikes and Spikes for Forretress. Spikes will not appear on the list. However, after teaching Forretress Toxic Spikes, Spikes will become an option. You can still teach your Parasect Spore, however, you will need to teach it Stun Spore first. Then, Spore should appear in the list. I'm sorry again about this inconvenience. Let me know if you continue to have an issue. I hope you have a good day.
