Fluffles Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 [ATTACH=full]-[/ATTACH] Hi there. You'll need to use the move relearner and not the Pre-evo move tutor to teach your Fortress Spikes. In order to teach your pokemon Spikes, please learn 'Toxic Spikes' first then afterwards, head to the relearner again and you should now be able to relearn Spikes. This is a bug with the move relearner and we're working on a fix. Really sorry for the inconvenience.
