PRO On The Galaxy S8 [SOLVED]

Featured Replies

I played PRO back in may and remember it taking up the entire screen on my Galaxy S8. Now when I try to play it has two black bars on the side. Any way to fix this?

Hello TheCurryPlug,

I'm sorry about this inconvenience. Can you show me a screenshot so that I know exactly what you are referring to? If it appears that the game is zoomed out, you can go into your options and select "Game Zoom."

Please let me know if this information helped you, or if this concerns a different problem. Thank you for your cooperation. I hope you have a great day.

I will attach a screenshot. Game zoom only makes the in game camera zoom in, not the entire screen itself, if that makes sense

Seems as though the screenshot is too large to attach, is there any other way I could show you?

Hi again,

Did you upload the screenshot to an image hosting site like Postimages.org? You can also try Tinypic. These sites should not require you to download an app. After uploading it there, you can copy the image url then use the option for inserting images here. Here is a guide if needed.

Let me know if this helps you.

Hope this works https://s15.postimg.cc/9242rjsln/Screenshot_20180822-165241_Pokemon_Revolution.jpg

It worked. Thank you for taking the time to upload it. This appears to be unique to your device and can affect other apps as well. The following method is supposed to help:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Display.
  3. Tap on Full screen apps.
  4. Toggle on/off to select which apps get to go full screen.

In case you want more information on this topic, the article where I found these steps is here. Hopefully, this will fix the problem. Please let me know if it does.
