Hi, I'm new and started about 2 days ago.

I saw there was another thread on this matter, on which there was a response from staff that they didn't do refunds, but that was about 6000 Pokédollars.

I did the exact same thing a few minutes ago, but with 24000 Pokédollars. I accidentally bought 5 Rest TMs - from the NPC "Elder Maulana" in Vermillion City - instead of selecting I didn't want them, resulting in having only about 3000 Pokédollars left.

Could an exception be made? I can barely buy anything anymore at this point. Please.

Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your purchase since we can't do anything regarding purchases from NPCs in-game as there is no way we can verify your purchase from the NPC. However, this feature may be implemented in the future. Although despite this loss, you can attempt to make your money back through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want.

With this said, I'll now be locking this thread as nothing further can be done of it. Good luck and have a nice day.
