Hi there. You can get the Psyduck hat as a reward for completeing the Psyduck Hat Quest. You can only acquire this hat if your Kanto starter was not Pikachu. For further information on the quest, feel free to check out our Psyduck Hat Quest Guide. If you picked Pikachu as your starter, you may do the Ash hat quest as an alternative.
